Please follow the tips below when taking your cat's photo!

If your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll let you know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and help you choose a more suitable one!

Step 1: Put your cat where there is lots of natural day light and don't use flash. Near a window during the day is your best option.

Step 2: Add any fun objects around your cat's neck or head that you would like to incorporate into the artwork. (If your cat is anything like mine... Good luck! 😹)

For example I put red beads around my cats neck. You could try flowers. Or a crown if you have one.

Step 3: Take 3 different photos. Make sure the photos are of your cats head and not the full body. (You can include some of the chest if you want.)

We recommend putting your cat higher up and taking one photo from below and have your cat peering down at you (like the cat God it is).

The take one photo from the right side of your cats face, and another from the left side. The side photos can have a different angle. Just get the whole of your cat's face in the photo.

**Note: The less clutter there is in the background of the image the better.

Step 4: Make sure the photos are of high quality, that there is no blur.

Step 5: Upload each photo separately in the boxes provided. You can upload most photo types (png, jpeg, heic etc.)

Step 6: Wait for us to contact you with the 3 different illustrations for you to choose from!

We will email you letting you know that we have received your order and are starting on it.

Designs can take up to 2 - 4 days to be completed.
