When you place your order, we want to make sure you get a quality product every time.

For that reason if there is any issue with the quality of the product you have received, we ask you take the following steps.

Step One: Email us with a description of the issue.

Step Two: Attach any photos of the issue so we can show them to our production company partner to find a solution.

Step Three: Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing of refund/replacement requests. Because we are a made to order business, return and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in terms of the printing of our products or their construction.
