Made To Order Business

We are a made to order small business, and once your order is placed we will get to work producing your products. Please allow up to 9 business days to receive your tracking number!

Personalized Royal Cat Artwork

The total production, printing & shipping time for our personalized royal cat artwork is normally 14 days.

Our personalised royal cat artwork generally takes around 2-3 days to be created. We then send you 3 different versions by email for you to approve one final design.

Once an artwork has been approved we add the finishing touches and have it sent for printing. Printing production can take up to 3 - 4 days. 

Once printed we will ship out your final product. Shipping as stated by our carrier is 6 - 10 business days.

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. we need a new cat photo, you are not happy with the artwork provided and we have to create new designs), this understandably will extend the production time of your artwork.

Before printing your artwork we send all customers a proof to get your final approval before printing. 

So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Please Note:

• We occasionally offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your cat photo to the front of the queue. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

• If your order requires a new photo or other changes please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.

• We allow a maximum of 5 days for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 5 days, your artwork will be put on hold until you get in contact and our other orders will take priority. 

• Bank holidays may cause small delays in production &/or shipping times
